Our trainer was amazing. The way he taught us about presentation skills, made us perform tasks, engage in various activities really helped me understand the topics well. Our trainer was very encouraging which helped us feel more confident. It was overall very engaging and friendly.

The most interesting aspect of this program was that we never felt burdened. The teacher taught us in a very unique way by creating groups, discussing sessions, watching videos. These things prevented us from getting bored. And we learned a lot and also enjoyed the program throughout the session.The most valuable aspect of the training was the group discussion, where we had the opportunity to express our views, opinions, perspectives and creativity.I would love to continue this program as I am feeling that my English is kind of developing.

I think through the program all of us colleagues learnt about how we can be more versatile and at the same time the bonding between ourselves grew deeper. We now know who we are apart from work and all the credit goes to all the activities that we took part in.According to me, the activities were the best. At ELTA teachers,were committed to me and every other student. The workshop was so organized and well balanced. I felt so involved in their teachings. Teachers won’t let things go until you completely understand. It always felt as if teachers were in our shoes because they knew what we’ll be asking before we do. It never felt so over the top teaching. Training was simple, well-paced, teachers were so down to the earth that I felt as one with them.

We were provided with lots of tools and study materials so that one doesn’t run out of resources. The best part of it was teachers would let you think and do things on your own. No one was left behind. Multimedia, various kinds materials, friendly environment, ton of activities and complete monitoring on my performance helped me build my confidence and command over my language. I got more into the subject.

It was a delightful experience. I was given everything I need. They helped me put my thoughts into word.I found real professionalism because I got what I always wanted which I never got before. Every word is coming from the bottom of my heart. In short span of my training I got more things then I never got in my school. It was complete pleasure and privilege to be a part of ELTA. I owe a lot to my teachers and mentors Debarati mam and Debasish  sir.

It has been an experience that will stay with me whenever I train in future.

We hear an awful lot about teamwork these days but ELTA definitely walks the talk. Be it while I was struggling with the shortened timeline for the content, or guiding me through the already existing content time and again, or just answering a phone ring or message at 12:30 AM or 7:00 AM, Debarati stepped up and offered her help even though she had a full workload herself. There were so many challenges that I couldn’t have handled on my own and without being asked, she pitched in. And it wasn’t her job. It was mine. But she saw a need and stepped up to the plate.

As far as I’m concerned if I had to pick a team she’d be my first choice. I’m truly grateful for her help and warmth.

The program was interactive. I would like to implement interactive sessions, grouping techniques and milling activity from this program. I improved expressing opinions with others.

What I found most interesting to learn was learning about the tools of how to be more assertive and how to induce small talks in meetings to get out from monotonic attitude. We didn’t just learn about the ideas, we eventually practised them by creating real time exciting scenarios. We also learnt about the common mistakes we make while writing emails.

I enjoyed learning how to be more assertive and that small talks can help you have fruitful meeting or conversation if practised in an organised way. The program helped me to develop myself and improved my individual communication skills after the first module. In this session, we learned some very interesting things which is just increasing my interest about what they might have in their bags for our further development. From this session, I would like to implement chunking, use of sign posting, use of pictures in a presentation and modulation of voice.

The teaching methodology was great. Tools used were attractive and catchy. The trainer involved all of us in those activities. In future I would like to know more about how to crack a conversation with potential clients and also how to handle the situation in a hot talk with my customer as well as manager.

I think this program will help me in both my professional and personal life to communicate in a better way with people.

My experiences with ELTA GLOBAL has been extremely rewarding.  I have worked on several projects with ELTA. In one interesting project, I worked along with two other trainers.  We were given a free hand to design the lesson plan but from time to time Debarati Roy would give us both positive and constructive feedback on the lesson plans.

It was a wonderful learning experience for me since talking to Debarati and the other trainers gave me plenty of insights in the training and development field. I was able to voice my concerns and the best part was that the payment was always credited on time. In a nutshell being associated with ELTA Global has propelled my career forward.

The program was very interactive and thought through, we could cover most of the topics that we wanted. I saw lot of opening up in the latter half of the program, which helped others to open up too. We received a lot of good inputs across the program. The pre-assessment and pre-workshop assignments were highly appreciated internally as well.

We had a very fruitful and fun learning session. Like they say any teaching is effective when it is more on the practical side. We covered the agreed upon learning outcomes and we hope we can continue to use them in our day to day work.

First of all I would like to thank Debarati for giving me the opportunity to be an integral part of ELTAGLOBAL and I intend to remain associated with ELTAGLOBAL for greater years (If I may). This trust in her stems from the moment I received her feedback after she took my interview, the kind of feedback which is hard to come by, as I found it to be intricately woven with different colours, which I haven’t come across as yet. I also remember bombarding her with questions but it’s amazing to have always received a prompt and transparent response from her. In addition I see the values of being respectful, creative, and reflective being well played out by her.

In as much as I revere Debarati as a professional, one thing that stands out to me and what I truly admire in her is the immense faith she has in people she works with, so much so that I can express my individuality through lesson plans with no interference and no questions asked. This freedom of letting me be autonomous without much imposition is something I’ve not experienced in any of my other workplace.

It has been a brilliant experience working with Debarati from ELTA. Her teaching techniques and her guidance has helped me develop my skills to provide training in a far more effective manner than usual.

ELTA has given me a platform to express my teaching abilities in a closed environment and the teach back sessions have duly helped me as they were always followed by feedback from Debarati and we were taught about various methods to provide our training in a much more articulate manner. She assesses my lesson plans and provides feedback accordingly.

There is much to learn being associated with ELTA and I am fortunate to have received such an opportunity in my tenure.

Debbie took the program very well and kept us active all over the program. And the contents of the program was very good. The things I improved were drafting and structuring an email and I would like to implement the POWER and BLADE concepts. Over all it was a good training program and the trainer had a positive attitude and was knowledgeable.

The most interesting aspect was Assertive Communication and I learnt about phrases to use during meetings. At my workplace, I would like to implement Small Talk during meetings.

Debarati Roy lectured less, while made us more aware of our learning capabilities more. Interactive design of the session was effective. The strategies taught were specific to my subject. I learnt a lot of techniques on active listening skills and about teaching listening skills to my students.

Great course, a must for starters as well as experienced professionals. Sessions were very interactive, informative and useful. I look forward to attending such programs in near future.

The most interesting aspect of this program is that our ma’am give us instructions so clearly that’s why we learn English very joyfully. We also watch educational films and work on our grammar, vocabulary and spoken skills.

The Email writing workshop was very interesting & effective in our professional life. I loved the smart email phrases, interactive group activities and the steps of writing a professional email.

I appreciate the way of teaching, with different tasks, with different groups, multiple activities etc.

This workshop had less lecture and more engaging activities. I loved all the communicative teaching techniques presented in the workshop.

We have been aware now while we are writing emails and understood new things in each and every class it was overall fun with learning.
