Tuhin is a Nobilian (Alumni of De-Nobili School) who graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences (B.Sc-Bio) in 1996 from Burdwan University, West Bengal. He has two decades of industrial exposure spread across the pharmaceutical and recruitment industries, and has worked in the eastern and western regions of India.
He is equipped with hands-on managerial expertise in both operational and business development and sales function. He commenced his career in hard-core sales and worked with a couple of the Top 10 Pharmaceutical Companies in India. Later, he moved into the Recruitment Industry and successfully scaled up a boutique HR organization in Mumbai before joining one of the Top 5 Recruitment Firms in India. Tuhin has efficiently managed critical manpower hiring projects with stringent deadlines and had the privilege to work closely with leaders from varied industries in sourcing, hiring & retaining talent. He has worked closely with the Training and Placement Cell of multiple private engineering colleges in Maharashtra and Karnataka to identify, design and manage the implementation of Employability Skill curriculums.
He is an ardent learner, an enthusiastic speaker and a passionate writer with inherent skills in oratory, penning & relationship building. He has acquired skills in sales, business development and project management.
Tuhin practices and advocates the philosophy of “Live and Let Live”. He believes in the saying “a healthy body promotes a healthy mind” and is associated with an initiative named “Run India Run”
He is the only son of a sexagenarian mother and a friend to a teenager son, the other half of his better-half .
Tuhin’s role as a Beneficiary Consultant is to navigate “Elta Global’s” versatile and vast expertise in learning & development in reaching a wider audience.
