Nilanjan is interested in teaching and training students on English language and help the students communicate effectively. He tends to use technology to ensure the training is effective. As a Communication trainer, he had to train recruits on the English language and prepare them for conducting chats and taking calls. He has a keen interest in sports, movies and music and he uses these areas to build rapport with his students.
