An advanced degree on Leadership, Strategy & Social Psychology from the London Business School and a Computer Science degree from the University of Southampton, Kaustav has 24 years of experience and a long list of professional achievements tagged to his name including one in Psychometrics from the University of Cambridge.
Kaustav has taught more than 40,000 students all over the world and is a well-known counsellor, interview skills trainer and advisor to young adults in more than 12 countries.
Kaustav is a mentor, guide and advisor to young businesses. His current interests are in Virtual Reality, AI and traditional opportunities like Education Tech, Healthcare (especially Senior Citizen care), Tourism (Adventure, offbeat) and Business Process Outsourcing.
His personal interests include Writing – 1 of his stories has been recently made into a movie and is streaming on Zee5. He is an avid Cricketer and plays for teams in India and the UK. He loves the mountains and feels self-defence & emergency care should be made mandatory for children in schools.
He currently stays between London, Singapore and India.
